ABOUT ME
Originally from Hamilton New Zealand, I have been lucky enough to call the Sunshine Coast home for the last 13 years. Time has flown by and I have loved every minute of creating a life for me and my family here. Since arriving in Australia, I became a mum to two little dudes Arlowe & Lennox, who do a fabulous job of keeping my Husband and I well and truly on our toes. Lucky for me, I am not one for a quiet life, which is why working in the makeup and fashion industry has always been a passion and a dream job of mine.
I started my career with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy. During my studies I found my true passion in the industry was for Makeup. After graduating I worked with a few clients here and there and started to discover where my love for makeup could take me. It wasn't until I moved to Australia that I decided to pick the brushes up for good and pursue my passion and do what I love full time. That is when I met the talented Miranda Emblem whom I completed further Makeup studies with and where the journey to creating my own business and name within the Makeup industry began.
With over 12 years of experience, I have successfully grown my business to what it is today, primarily by word of mouth.
I think personality and being able to read people and the environment is so important. I said to myself when I started on my own all those years ago that making each of my brides and clients feel individually special, to truly listen and bring a stress-free, yet fun environment was top priority and what I want my business to represent.
The excitement of creating and guiding my clients to their desired makeup looks and getting to meet so many beautiful people from all walks of life, along with the opportunity to give women that extra confidence, is truly why I love my job so much.
